A Statutory Declaration Form is required to be completed annually.

3.) Student Membership

Student membership is available to any individual who is enrolled on an approved training program.

4.) Overseas Member

A member who normally resides outside of New Zealand and cannot satisfactorily attend approved training.  Overseas members who wish to retain their practising certificate must meet the same requirements as a practising member.  Overseas training programs need to be  approved by the Funeral Service Training Trust.
